The MUNI-PAL program was developed by The Salvation Army in cooperation with the City of Bowling Green as a way for customers to help one another with local utility bills during crisis situations.  All money that is donated by our customers is forwarded to the local Salvation Army to assist people in need.  Your gift is tax deductible.
